Prayer For World Peace

Father, the creator of the universe, we stretch our hands to thee, no other hope we know. Your Word says that when the enemy comes in like a flood, you would chase it away. Your promise is to heal and deliver us from all harm and danger, not because we earned it, but because you love us. Your Word says that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Your promise is that if we, who are called by your name, humble ourselves and pray, and seek your face and turn from our wicked ways, then will you hear from heaven, and will forgive our sins and heal our land. Acts 4:12 states, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for among men there is given none other name under heaven, whereby we must be saved.”

We acknowledge that we have sinned against you and against the earth. We ask for forgiveness and wisdom to care for all mankind and for this planet. Your Word further says that if we come together in unity, there is a commanded blessing upon our lives. We do so now and cast down our political persuasions, our differences, and disagreements.

Teach us to care for our bodies, love our neighbors, make healthy food and lifestyle choices, exercise, pray, forgive, and practice cleanliness. According to your word, you have set before us life and death, blessings and curses. You have commanded us to choose life, so that we and our children may live. Your Word says that the power of life and death is in the tongue.

Therefore, we speak to unforgiveness, doubt, hatred, fear, addiction, depression, incurable diseases, cancer, war, poverty, and all dysfunction. We command them in Jesus’ name to die, to be placed under our feet. We plead the blood of Jesus over our lives and all mankind. Your Word says that when you see the blood, you will pass over, and destruction, famine, death, and plague would not come to our households (Exodus 12:13).

Father, we thank you in advance, knowing that you are a God of miracles, signs, and wonders, and there is nothing too hard for you. Thank you that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Thank you, that your will for us is that we have life and that more abundantly. Father, we believe, help thou our unbelief.

We commit this year to do our part— to love, forgive, and obey your word. Like David, in the face of any enemies or “inner mes” that come against us, we seek direction from you and ask for a Ziklag anointing to prosper in life. We thank you in advance for this answered prayer and we stand on your word, that says we have not, because we ask not.

“Let him that hath an ear hear what the Spirit saith,” knowing that “the thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
